The proposed new area will consist of a new facility approximately 185,000 sq. ft., including 2nd pad.

The Spectator Arena

  • 6,500 fixed seats consisting of:
    - 30 extra large suites (15 overlooking both the rink and the racetrack) with a terrace for viewing races.
    - 2 party rooms
    - 750 Club seats
    - Club Lounge
  • ability to convert for concerts on ice surface

The Community Rink

  • NHL ancillary pad with seating for 250
  • Design allows for 2 additional ancillary pads
