Rosati Construction Inc. was founded in 1969 by Vince and Olivia Rosati. It was started when Vince personally built the first foundation and laid the first block. Since the humble start, the company has never lost its down to earth attitude, his understanding of job requirements and the motivational techniques necessary to maintain productivity on the job site.
Today, in it's second generation of Ownership (since 1999), Rosati Construction is a very fast-paced and energetic company, that is guided by Nick and Tony Rosati. Under their leadership the company has been identified as one of Canada's fastest growing contractors and has also been listed as a Top 40 Canadian Contractors.

As a part of the Rosati Group of Companies Roscon Holdings is a Land Development and Commercial / Industrial Real Estate Leasing Company. The company is operated by Rosati Group founders Vince and Olivia Rosati. With experienced property management and legal departments in-house Roscon Holdings is well suite to handle project of any size.
